Rock Hill Maintenance L.L.C (“Rock Hill”, “we”, “us”) is a property maintenance company licensed in Dubai (DET licence 1531826). This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, web chat, WhatsApp and phone, why we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect
- Enquiry and quote forms: your name, phone number, email, the service you need and your message.
- Web chat: your name, phone number, the messages and any photos you send, and how you found our website (for example a Google search, an ad or Google Maps).
- WhatsApp and phone: your number, name and the messages you send us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
- When you become a customer: the property address, access instructions (for example gate or parking), photos of the work, quotations, invoices, payment records and slips, your signature on quotations, ratings, and messages or voice notes on your private job page.
- Website use: IP address, pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and, if you arrived from an ad, an ad click ID. See section 5.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange an inspection or visit.
- To prepare quotations and contracts, carry out the work and send invoices.
- To keep records required by UAE law.
- To check the quality of our service and see which channels bring enquiries.
- To send you service reminders and occasional offers – you can stop these at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Decisions about your job are made by our team, not by software alone.
3. Our web chat and AI
Our web chat uses AI to answer common questions and pass your enquiry to our team. Our team reviews enquiries from the chat. Please do not share sensitive information, such as ID, bank or health details, in the chat.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- service providers that work for us, such as website hosting and security, email, cloud storage, analytics, the AI service behind our web chat and WhatsApp;
- our accountant and bank;
- subcontractors who carry out part of your job;
- our marketing agency (website and ads);
- authorities, when UAE law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We choose reputable providers and share only what they need.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the website and which ads lead to enquiries. These tools use cookies. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. We also keep a short note in your browser, for this visit only, of how you found our site. It is deleted when you close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and follow up. We keep customer records, such as quotations and invoices, for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires.
7. Your rights
Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or stop or limit how we use it (unless UAE law requires us to keep it);
- stop sending you marketing messages at any time.
